  The geek squad team- Shanoof, Karan and Waqar went over and above their limits to help me get my laptop issue resolved. I appreciate their patience and help for all the time and effort they put in and customise stuff accordingly. Will definitely visit again for more purchases in future… kudos to team Best Buy Abbotsford!

  Well I went into Best Buy today! The staff has changed and not very helpful. It COSTS $45.00 TO LOOK AT MY CELL. I don't know what happened to the customers service there it's all changed, stand in line for 10mims, to be told I have to pay a YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION/1 TIME FEE. I someone who ownes his store and was able to get it fixed. No charge. I will not be using BEST BUY in the future 1 Star.

  Bad experience with a vacuum purchase. Spoke to best buy customer care about it. Took a while before the store reached out to me. Jeanette Diaz, store leader was who I spoke with. Once i got my refund, and some attachments that she said would work- they dont fit, she stopped replying. Her inbox is full, she said she would look into it and has not replied. At this point there is no way of me getting the Dyson attachments I had to give back. Your store is a prime example of why big box stores are dying. Customer service is not what it once was. I wont be back to this store.

  I wanted to buy a Go Pro Whenever I can I want to try and buy local. I drove from Aldergrove to the Abbotsford store as I knew they had what I wanted. I walk in the store. No one greeted us. I looked around and found the Go-Pro behind a glass case. I looked around for someone to help. No one in site. I stood by the glass case for at least 5 minutes. I then walked the store and stood next to an associate that was talking to someone and patiently waited. He then turned his attention to someone else. I get it, people are busy but I am now starting to get frustrated. No customer wants to feel invisible. I browsed the store for a bit. I then went back to the glass case and waited. No help. I had now been in the store for a half hour. I went over to the Samsung watch display and pulled out my phone and my wallet. I looked up the Go-Pro I wanted. I took my credit card out and completed my Amazon purchase in your store. You made me feel invisible and not worth helping . With this type of service I understand why people just shop online. I could have saved myself a trip.
