  Came in today for assistance with my phone. The rep I worked with was very professional, kind and did his very best to resolve the issues. However, while I was home waiting for my order to be ready, one of the employees who I was not working with, nor had any interaction with, got my information and decided to add me on social media, not once but twice. It made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable and uneasy. I tried reporting it by calling their number but was unable to get ahold of anyone. I decided to call the customer service number and cancel my order, to have it reprocessed so it can be shipped to my house instead.

  Worst experience ever! Went paid $1500 if full for a new phone for my wife. Paid $30 for them to do the data transfer from one phone to another. After paying for everything i was told it would take an hour for the transfer, i was I told I could leave and come back or wait. Informed them I could not stay that long as I asked if I could take the phone but was told the battery was too low and it needed to stay plugged in or my data could be lost. I had other engagements and unfortunately for me my wife would have to pick it up. When she got there one and a half hours she was told it would be 30 more minutes. So she ran some errands came and was told another 30 minutes. So she waited in the car for thirty minutes with no phone. Went back and no body could find the phone so they found the person whom I bought phone from. Whom informed her somebody unplugged the phone and theyd have to start all over. But they she could take the phone after it charged for ten minutes. The whole reason for having them do it is so it wouldn't get screwed not only did it get screwed and half her info didn't transfer but they didn't even offer an apology or refund of the $30.

  I usually hate going in verizon corporate stores but this one was great. Sergio help us without even having to wait. He was very nice and new what he was doing.
