I feel scammed and robbed. The supervisor wasn't helpful at all and just wanted me to pay more or call the company that discontinued it. I don't recommend buying anything here.
- RHRussell Hankins5 days ago2.0Do not buy Apple products from this Best Buy, they will leave you hanging. I helped my mother buy an Apple Airbook, tried setting up the airbbook via her Iphone. It did not transfer the password over to the computer and once it logged off she could not get into the computer any longer. She took it back and they would not help her without wanting to charge her $150. Very poor business practices for new products. Buy from Apple direct, they will at least take of any issues.

- DDDevinOct 20, 20251.0I preordered a Switch 2 from this location. A day later there was a fraudulent order FROM BEST BUY on my account so I had to cancel my card. Then they told me there was a payment issue for my Switch 2, after i already paid for it. I went to talk in person about it and the customer service representative was absolutely no help at all. All they told me was that i needed to wait about one day for my refund. It's been over a week and i still haven't gotten my money back. They still haven't given me back my ~$700. I'm absolutely fuming. First, they wouldnt give me what i paid for, and now they wont even give me back my money.
