  Unsatisfied with the product and the store. I've been a loyal customer. I have bought three computers here. The last one is defective. I was okay with following the process of sending it back to the manufacturer ONCE. If the same problem persists, replace the product. Since I'm not receiving the added value of a store, my next purchase will be online.

  Don't bother going in here!! I needed a car radio. Old one is a pioneer, they carry them. Brought my old bplug in so I would be sure it fit BUT radio has buzzer thing on it so I brought to Customer service to ask how I could check to make sure it fits and looked at me with a blank stare and said boxes are sealed and cNt open and proceeded to ask for next customer!! How the heck are your suppose to know if it fits!! Put box back and shelf and left!! I don't think management knows h What the heck goes on in their own stores. I won't be back..

  Sales agent went above and beyond in providing exceptional service in assisting in choosing best TV with affordable options. Even had assisting to bring new TV to automobile. Kudos to great work ethics!

  Came in a few months ago with my husband. I have found that it can often be difficult to find someone to help when going into ANY Best Buy. During this visit though we were immediately assisted by Peter. Peter was so informative, patient and helpful and even went out of his way to help us bring our purchase home.
