  They never pick up their phone. They are not a corporate store. The manager doesn’t care if the customer is not happy with their service. They sold me a phone and told me I can return it in 30 days, but when I tried to return it, they didn’t let me return because they didn’t find the transaction in their system. Shaundra deceived me into buying a phone and didn’t let me return. The manager said that I shouldn’t have bought out the phone. Very unprofessional.

  Shaundra was so helpful, patient, and understanding as she helped me set up my new phone. I am so impressed at her multi-tasking abilities; while waiting for a response from Verizon for my issue, she helped another customer with his issues, and was able to answer questions from a third customer. I didn't feel ignored or less important! I highly recommend Russell Cellular here in Willcox, and Shaundra as a very knowledgeable and efficient representative!

  Saundra Milo was incredibly helpful. Went way beyond customer service for me, she was delightful and if it weren’t for her amazing help, we wouldn’t have been able to do some very important documents. So lots of praises for her and you as well, for having her as an employee
