I never got the chance to bring my dog here, as she got worse and we had to put her to sleep before her appointment day arrived, but I just wanted to thank Heather from internal medicine. She was so friendly and explained things in detail when I called to make the appointment initially. When I left a message a few days later about my dog passing and needing to cancel the consultation, she took the time to call me to offer condolences. It was very kind and appreciated.

I highly recommend you take your pet here. I am a new Chihuahua mama and was nervous because it has been awhile since I have had a small dog. Tiffany was soo patient with me and my baby. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me some valuable educational advice. I didn't feel rushed and my puppy enjoyed her visit. Tiffany helped make my step back into being puppy mama easy. If you have a furry friend ask for Tiffany she is the chihuahua whisperer.

They canceled my appointment and tried to reschedule me for another month out. This is the second time this has happened! I have an aging dog that needs to be seen, and I waited 3 WEEKS to be told I'd have to wait another month. When I told them it was unacceptable, they hung up on me!
Horrible, uncaring and rude. Completely unacceptable and unwilling to help, unless I want to pay for the emergency service. It's all about the money.

My dog had thorns, I took him at 11pm, I thought they were going to take care of him, after waiting all night, at 6am I asked what was the status and they told me that they didn't take care of him. I took him to other vet and thet took care of him right away. I also saved $1100. They called me to apologize, but I would not recommend taking your pet to this hospital

I took my 10 week old Yorkie into emergency at VCA. They did an awesome job. Thanks for all you did Ember and Dr Hanna. Highly recommend.
