- BHB HApr 4, 20261.0Absolute disaster. Incompetent hook up of TV, sound, amplifier! Their phone call center was a total disaster telling me they didnt have anyone to fix their screw ups. It took me many months to get the mess they left fixed. Also sold equipment that I didn't need and wrong type of equipment! I will not buy anything from Best Buy or use the Freak Squad again!!
