As a 16 years loyal Verizon customer, I broke my old phone at night, since I’m waiting for a very important message went to that Verizon and asked for a new phone. I explained to SaLah that I don’t want any change to my family plan and want a new phone, then he started to deliberate me with promotion he had and didn’t explain those promotions to me , actually he told even different things and totally lied. On my next billing cycle we noticed he add a line to our plan which i didn’t know it exist with extra charge . We don’t need new line and not even used it. I didn’t have problems paying for a phone. Now with his extra charge and added unusable line I have to pay double cost of the phone over on term . He tried to tell you a lie to get his commission Very dissatisfied as a loyal version customer
