Not only did he figure out the mode real fast, but he found a discount. I switched from my provider who I’ve been very disappointed in for the past couple years. Edward helped us with this, too, with no problems. I called to leave positive feedback with Verizon and they sold me an incentive I can’t refuse. Thank you again for everything you’ve done, Verizon and Edward!!! Edited: so I WAS happy…. Now I’ve found out that I was misled and my husband and I were lied to. Not only was the phone not “free,” but neither was the “free iPad” or ANYthing else for that matter- chargers, screen protectors & device cases. These were actually NOT incentives, nor were they free. Now, I owe them over $500 on my next bill AND we are STILL past due (the entire reason we visited the store in the first place LAST WEEK, gave them $200 and we were promised so much!) LIES, Verizon. I guess I’ll be returning everything. Problem is, you guys took my last device as “trade in” and Edward said “oh! This will cover most everything!” and now I’m left with NO PHONE. And I’m supposed to go to Atlanta this weekend. I think I’ll be filing small claims here. I feel duped and lied to. THIS IS A VERIZON OUTLET, not an authorized dealer. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
