- MSMel Sproule3 days ago5.0Im not sure if this is allowed. My name is Melissa, I assisted the lady with the Internet issues down below. She came in and we worked to try to get a new Internet box added to the account, while on phone with customer service. The first one I attempted was mailed to her home (customer service told me they couldn’t locate that order to cancel it and to process another) after processing the second one the system did the same thing, customer service wanted me to add another but I asked them to verify that they weren’t being sent to her home in error. They confirmed that they were, I asked them to cancel the shipments and allow me to process one in store as an in store pick up so customer didn’t lose service but by that time she was already out of the store and had dropped the router she was supposed to return to ups on the rocks outside. I don’t sell without integrity and I give full transparency, please review my many other reviews before determining the type of person I am and the kind of service i provide. I never asked for her to order 3 internet routers, she just kept placing orders on my account yesterday. Now I am stuck with paying a restocking fee because of Melissa at this location. Please don't let this lady mess up any one else account and have the customer flip the bill for the employee Melissa mistakes.

Anywho, I’m going through the reviews and see one about the rep complaining about there being people coming in. That’s just not true, the rep was joking with me about how the store will have no one for hours then customers meet in the parking lot and come in all together. We laughed we joked, I had never had a more pleasant experience dealing with a Verizon employee let alone one that was busy working alone. Greeting all who came through the door and assisting multiple people at once. Good job to this Verizon for holding customer experience to a high standard.
