  As a Verizon customer, I don't like being tickled and timed. I paid my bill early and they don't make change and they also charged me a dollar to pay my bill. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Never even asked my name. Poor customer service.

  My phone died last night and I went to the Verizon Golf Links location a couple of hours ago. I'm on a family plan (with a protection plan) but have never had a phone "die" so suddenly. The tech that helped me was Spencer and he was excellent. He took time to go through options, was very friendly and helpful, had a great "bedside manner" and got me all set up within an hour. He gets the 5 stars and he made the whole transition to a new phone much easier than I thought it might be. I have a lot of "homework" to do (installing apps and getting this phone to be as much like my old set up as possible), but within 2 hours I had an active phone, could text, email, and use WhatsApp. Spencer represented Verizon so well and one of the best I've dealt with in all my years with Verizon. Thank you, Spencer, for all you did for me today.

  I just wanted to give a shout out for a Sandra. I is a manager at a Verizon store here on cold and golf links Tucson Arizona went over and beyond with help for me in my account I usually don’t do these responses or but for her on doing it because for real, the woman completely completely settled me down without complete. Patient got everything and even more stuff she did for me. That’s good for me in my account my account Verizon so I wanted to give a shout out to people if they need help and you’re in the area come down to the Verizon store right here on Kolb and E. Gulf links Highway so if you’re in the area and and you’re looking for a self service or a Verizon store I highly suggest I’d recommend the store on Kolb and E. Gulf Links highway and one more time with unique about my own particular response is I don’t do these. But because of the service that I received, and how she made me feel as a customer response was required as far as I’m concerned.

  We had an amazing experience getting our new phone with Spencer and after a couple of days and needing some more information about our phones, we went back and LisSandra spent time helping us. We highly recommend either one!! We couldn’t be happier!!👍👍👍👍👍
