I would not waste my time at this store. When I called usps they said my phone was delivered to a completely different address and this store did not want to take accountability. By far the worst experience ever. And Lisandra will laugh in your face when she can’t fix the problem but is quick to take your cash payment

Eventually I brought it in and the nicest lady was able to figure out the issue so I didn't have to go all the way to the Apple Store! So thankful she took the time to help me fix the problem. Highly recommend!
