She got the transfer done much faster than we expected and saved us a good sum. She listened to us and took our direction in how to setup the phones as we wanted them rather than pushing tech options we were clear we did not need. There was a small sales side but reasonable in that she helped us be aware of a few options new to the market that impacted us and gave clear guidance for our decision making process.
