I literally got the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Eliana was as Savy as she was personable. I walked in needing to replace my iPhone X and I walked out with an iPhone 16 and everything from my messages to my apps etc was on my new phone when I got into my car! Eliana handled the few glitches that happened with ease! I also Got a fantastic deal. She did not try to sell me anything that I did not ask for! This employee should be a manager somewhere! Anyway, I highly recommend this Verizon store! 5 Stars!!
