Immediately, the front door coordinator started talking about how they are not technicians and can't help people with tech problems. I told him one sentence of my issue and he said: "Oh yes that is a tech problem - we cant work on that". Never heard this response before on any of my always simple phone challenges. Went to Ina Rd Verizon. Spoke to helper. She had the problem resolved in less than two mins. This is the 2nd time I have received rude treatment from the 4405 Oracle Rd store. After 20 years with Verizon switching to T Mobile this week.

They have lied to me about my bill promising one amount and charging a larger amount. Then when I come into fix it, I have to wait for over 2 hours to be helped. Absolutely uncalled for and this store needs a staffing restructuring and management restuctioning.
