My mother and I walked in to inquire about upgrading our phones and were misled immediately. After following the instructions given by a representative, we opened a brand new account and moved lines over in order to take advantage of the current promo. After hearing the initial "sales pitch" the store associates became useless for the rest of the day. The information given to us when we walked in the door was completely wrong. After we walked back in after a 4 hour phone call with customer service, associates mocked and told us that we must have "misunderstood". We accomplished getting new phones ordered through customer service, who seemed to care way more about our situation. That was 4 days ago. We walk in this morning were met with a bunch of "If" scenarios and an employee that did not care about the customers standing in front of him. Now, we are unable to get ahold of anybody at the store after awaiting a "phone call back" all day. After a long week of disappointments, we are disheartened by how Verizon treats long-term customers.

Gym personnel thankfully googled the nearest Verizon location for me and I came in. Wait wasn’t too long before being helped. Pedro was the person that helped me and oh my goodness, what a blessing Pedro was! Helped keep me on my same phone plan, helped me find the best deal (luckily I had free upgrades available!) Pedro made the entire process seamless and painless. May everyone get the help of a magnificent and proficient Pedro to help them! This is what exemplary customer service looks like. Patience, kindness, empathy, and a willing to genuinely want to help. Pedro you rock! Thank you again so much!
