Gym personnel thankfully googled the nearest Verizon location for me and I came in. Wait wasn’t too long before being helped. Pedro was the person that helped me and oh my goodness, what a blessing Pedro was! Helped keep me on my same phone plan, helped me find the best deal (luckily I had free upgrades available!) Pedro made the entire process seamless and painless. May everyone get the help of a magnificent and proficient Pedro to help them! This is what exemplary customer service looks like. Immediately, the front door coordinator started talking about how they are not technicians and can't help people with tech problems. I told him one sentence of my issue and he said: "Oh yes that is a tech problem - we cant work on that". Never heard this response before on any of my always simple phone challenges. Went to Ina Rd Verizon. Spoke to helper. She had the problem resolved in less than two mins. This is the 2nd time I have received rude treatment from the 4405 Oracle Rd store. After 20 years with Verizon switching to T Mobile this week.
