Customer service doesnt even connect you too the desired location, yet refers you to stop in even though they deny assistance for new customers sooner than 6 months, so claimed the manager. Waste of time go to tmobile. Was directed to take the bus to this location before closed, the manager was 0 help, rude, and ultimately wasted my time causing me to miss the last bus of the night. Forced to walk 9 miles home. Terrible experience. I expect so much better

After this they begin charging me for a line that I didn't need on the phone that is damaged. They failed to explain that a new line would need to be opened and that it would be attached to a phone that literally will not turn on. Why in the world would I need internet and service on a phone that doesnt work? Long story short this store has failed to provide accurate billing information on multiple occasions and has now charged us over $200 in the last few months for a line that has never been used and cannot be used. My family has called multiple times over the last few months trying to get this line removed. Everytime we would either be disconnected or be fed empty promises. We had to physically go to the store and deal with rude and extremely unhelpful team members just to get this resolved. I am appalled by this store and the team here who clearly need to be trained appropriately on billing and explaining fees to the customer. I'll be searching for a new provider as soon as possible.
