Philippe was the associate who engaged with me and he was clearly under the influence of substances: this was made evident by his erratic behavior, smell, rapid speech and agitation level. Throughout our conversation he was dismissive, antagonistic and condescending. When I asked to speak with the manager who was out on the floor not assisting anyone Leroy Dudley I was told to make an appointment. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I have been with Verizon for over 7 years and as a loyal customer for longer than these two have likely been employed with Verizon I expect better. I have never been treated worse, do better. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and taking my money, time and peace of mind to a company that cares about its customers. Do not waste your time, energy or safety at this store.
