Not friendly and since it was closing time I was told to come back when I actually just found my ID which had I known I needed to return the Internet box I would have looked for it was earlier. I was there almost an hour. I verified my account when I walked in and over the phone as I went in store but still had to call 611 but I will say the rep on the phone was very nice and helpful. I’m still on the phone with him and the call is now 33minutes and counting.

We came into get wifi and Clarissa got us a router in store. But she also had another one shipping out to a wrong address that we won’t be living at any longer. We had to come back in store the next day and were helped by Phillippee he was able to cancel the router that was being shipped to us he said before I left the warehouse. And made us a new account number. We went home and spent hours re logging into the app and getting verified. Still was not successfully able to get in finally on Monday evening tech support was able to fix our account and get us In. Then I get an email a few days after saying I owe $200 for a router I have never even seen because the router Clarissa ordered us needs to be returned. I went in store as soon as the opened and was asked how they could help me and when I said with lots of things the lady working replied, “We are sales only.” The Assistant Manager Massai was nonchalant about the fact that his staff has dropped the ball on multiple attempts and on my way out of the store. Being clearly upset Massai starts to smirk and laugh at me. Nothing about this situation was funny. I do not recommend this location.

Philippe was the worker who helped and it was the worst experience ever. I had gotten the iPhone 15 for free with the 3 year price lock and after a year and I was eligible for a free trade in for the base model iPhone 17. When I took my iPhone 15 to trade in this filth you call a worker said I can add a new line for the iPhone 15 and keep it and it will be no additional charges to my bill but when the bill came around it was around 30$ more expensive. So I said well can we just cancel this line and go back to what I was paying before but he said if I cancel the line I will have to pay more for one phone instead of two and that just doesn’t make sense. He sold me something that he or the company wasn’t true to and that’s not good business, and I went to another store and a worker said he had a few people come in with the same issue. This a corporation store and they ruining the reputation of the company and I’m sure many have fallen victim to this “free” phone BS. Don’t come here cause they will be sneaky and charge you a lot more than what you agreed to. But please, Philippe is not fit for this and I’m positive many other people will say the same. I hope action will be taken for this nonsense because people don’t deserve to be tricked especially in this economy. This “corporate” store needs new management if they are going to treat their customers like a joke. Thank you! If you read this DONT come to this location!!

Every single time I go here they give me LIES. I know this because after I agree to buy, upgrade or change something the next bill is completely different from what they promise. Screw Verizon at this point. I'm heading to another carrier

I came into the store to discuss trade ins and help understanding my bill. Philippe was the associate who engaged with me and he was clearly under the influence of substances: this was made evident by his erratic behavior, smell, rapid speech and agitation level. Throughout our conversation he was dismissive, antagonistic and condescending. When I asked to speak with the manager who was out on the floor not assisting anyone Leroy Dudley I was told to make an appointment. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I have been with Verizon for over 7 years and as a loyal customer for longer than these two have likely been employed with Verizon I expect better. I have never been treated worse, do better. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and taking my money, time and peace of mind to a company that cares about its customers. Do not waste your time, energy or safety at this store.
