  Set, sometimes there are people in there that our uper nice to meet mostly.The women, The guys don't like me in there anymore.Cause I'm always going in there and does not my fault.If my phone keeps going cuckoo, so I can't give them a complete stars.They act like I'm a criminal and then I polite.They used to be really good with the younger, you the younger ones would sit down at the table and show you what they were doing and they were real polite. The older ones and the ones that are big and heavy and look like they're going to beat you up. Then also nice, I'm 80 years old, I don't expect people to treat me mean, I really don't, I don't know what they expect of an 80-year-old, it's not my fault that my phone keeps going cuckoo, it's Verizon's fault, not mine. And I've had so many problems. I've changed my phone number and that was at the other store on Broadway and that girl I kept asking her and telling her, please don't change anything but my phone. Hmm, please because I'm too old to change anything. And she changed everything, and then it came. It was like hell on earth she didn't listen to what I said she just wanted the money and boy did I have a hard time trying to explain that to the place down here. So those are the only 2 places I've been, and I'm not overwhelmed or very happy with Verizon, I keep having to go. In there over and over and over and that's not my fault, I'm not doing anything to the phone. The phone stops working, and it gets all cuckoo., i think the man there should be men instead of being they are rude. And then\nThey blame me for for being upset.I don't yell at them, but they say that I do.They're just taking it to another level even if I did, you lot of which I don't yell at my just ask them, please show me what you're doing, I guess that's yelling.Oh well I'll go someplace else

  We needed to activate our MIFI. We have had fantastic customer service from Sergio in the past so we went to the Irvington Rd, Tucson store. Sergio was working, and we didn't wait long before he came over to help us. Sergio has correct answers to questions; he is professional and takes the time to provide excellent customer service. We are thankful for his knowledgeable, friendly help!

  Made an appointment for new device set up and drove 40 miles just to have them tell me that they don’t do anything unless your account is other than prepaid. Total waste of time. Useless.
