Staff did not seem knowledgeable in basic customer service request. High pressure sales guy tried to bully me into buying a new phone when I had brought in my own device and was unable to assist in getting my device active; I was told to return after 24 hours.

Ask for Dominic. He’s helped out so much with cost and pricing. He’s definitely your go-to guy with any help. I highly recommend him.

If there was an option for negative stars they would get that! This store has a customer service agent that is a liar! I bought a new phone on September 4, 2025. I was trading in my I-phone 13 pro-max and wanted to trade it in. I handed this guy my 13 3 times!! Each time he handed it back stating, "we have a special right now, that we don't actually need the phone. Find someone to give it to, or donate it". Each time I asked "are you sure, I really don't have anyone to give it to", to each he would respond with "yes, we have so many, we can't store them". I ended up leaving the store with the 13, and was just charged $1000.00 for not turning in my phone! I called Verizon, they told me I gave to go back to the store, the sales person needs to correct it. So I did, went right to the store. This jerk of a salesman was leaning against the wall. He asked if he could help, so I reminded him of our last encounter to which he replied " you're lying, I would never say that" then he went on to tell his manager his version, ( while the manager NEVER ONCE looked at me or spoke to me!! The salesman comes back again to state I was lying and he would never say that. He and his manager are the worst of the worst! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Buyer beware, they will lie to you, and try to turn it around on you. He asked for my original quote, to which I replied, I do at home. I told him I would bring it back, and get the phone and he could stick it!
I called Verizon again, sent them my quote and they told me he was not authorized to make such a deal (then how did he!!) and they would refund the $1000 if I returned the 13 pro-max, which is what I tried to do 3 times on September 4!!
This guy sucks! His manager sucks! And I wish them crappy customer service in EVERY aspect of their lives. Liars and cheats, I will NEVER, EVER go yo that store again!
