Walked in to find every salesperson (4) on their phones. After barely acknowledging me, I asked one of them to help me with my issue. I was told they could no longer help with that type of problem and that they couldn't even go outside!!! It seemed that anything outside of me purchasing a new phone was of -0- interest to them. Worst customer service I've ever received. I have now moving my account to Consumer Cellular.

And to call the customer service number for the rest which is precisely why we went in to have someone do it for her. Going to go see if a different carrier wants her business.
