- SMStacey McmahanDec 9, 20255.0Excellent store ! Best Verizon store I've been to. Upgraded and traded in my existing phone. Customer service is polite and helpful. Our sales associate was very patient, clear speaking, polite, helpful, knowledgeable answering all our questions. Because I got extra storage I had to order my phone. It was delivered to my home. We made an appointment with the same rep to come in on a Saturday and make the transfer. Because of the amount of files stored on my old phone it was estimated to take several hours for the transfer. He locked up my phones in a safe storage and suggested we could leave to get lunch, errands, etc. and he would call my husband when the transfer was done. It was finished faster than expected and he called us straight away. He set up everything ,put new screen protector on and my new phone case. He also cleaned my husband phone and put on a new screen protector. To protect his privacy I won't add his name but he was very professional . All the employees are very professional. Best customer sales experience we have had in a very long time. Keep up the good work . Thank you .

- BBBRONCO13003Oct 30, 20251.0Went to the Houghton store to get help due to my phone disconnecting from my truck. I couldn't get it to reconnect so I stopped in. Walked in to find every salesperson (4) on their phones. After barely acknowledging me, I asked one of them to help me with my issue. I was told they could no longer help with that type of problem and that they couldn't even go outside!!! It seemed that anything outside of me purchasing a new phone was of -0- interest to them. Worst customer service I've ever received. I have now moving my account to Consumer Cellular.

And to call the customer service number for the rest which is precisely why we went in to have someone do it for her. Going to go see if a different carrier wants her business.
