I asked "Is this not the emergency vet clinic? He said no, and asked me what kind of problem my dog having. I told him and he said let me check if we can see you. The tech came and got the dog for a brief check. She came back and stated they would be able to see her if I didn't mind waiting. The doctor and tech were so nice and caring. The doctor came up with the plan and initiated my dogs care. Everything was explained to me in detail before I left. I would like to thank everyone from the front desk to the vet tech and the physician for being so caring and showing such kindness. I am so thankful and appreciative for their time and care for my Zoe. I believe it was fate I ended up at this clinic! I now know where I'll be taking her for future care.

Professional. Was provided multiple service and associated cost before treatment. Was also provided care plan cost for first year services. Was given clear post care instructions. Easy to use app. Follow up appointment set. Would highly recommend Dr. Rachel Engard, Cassandra and the staff.

They were wonderful with the process. I am grateful for your kindness. Five stars all the way! My cat injured his ear yesterday and had an open wound. I've never been here before, but they got me in today, and treated the wound. Everyone was very kind. They did what was necessary and the cost was very reasonable. Now I'm thinking of bringing my three Chihuahuas here 😊 thank you for taking such good care of Frankie
