- WWWendy WhoFeb 8, 20185.0Today we had our sweet little Luna Star's first vet appointment. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by several staff members. After we checked in we were offered coffee or water and escorted to a room. After a few minutes Marcela came in with a smile and saw our lil 12 week old Shih Tzu and just cuddled her. She was very gentle with her in going over weight and questions we had. Explained some things and then said she would go over with the Dr what we had discussed. When Dr. Ebarb came in she introduced herself and examined our sweet girl. She did a through examination and addressed our concerns. The Dr then went over side effects of shots and deworming med. Luna was then taken for her shots and trimming of nails and a trim of her private area to prevent crusting and brought back to us. Marcela then reiterated side effects again and went over and above to make our appointment in the room and payment. We absolutely appreciate all the care that was taken with our Luna. This is an amazing Clinic!! Thank you Marcela and Dr. Ebarb!!!
