  Absolute horrible service. I've gotten phones at this location before but within I guess the year since I last have they have gotten new staff and it's now gone downhill. The girl there was absolutely incompetent same with her manager. We came in with problems trying to get phones turned on just to keep being told to call customer service, when we have no active phone to do so! She kept asking over and over for a phone number for the account after we told her multiple times there is no account yet because it hasn't activated. Train your staff better because this is how you lose business. She seemed to only want to help the others in there because she was getting sales from them and I guess wanted her commission more

  I just wanted to say that Omar that works at cricket on Grant and alvernon help me out a lot a cricket store on 22nd and alvernon have messed up my phone plan gave me the wrong phone plan . So I highly recommend all people to don't go to the cricket store on 22nd and alvernon they'll just miss your build up please go to Grant and alvernon . And talk to Omar really good and professional

  My boyfriend took in a galaxy phone he just purchased and he wanted to add an old phone number to that new phone. Alicia, I think her name was, was very rude. Simply unhelpful. Was on her phone the entire time and kept saying comments like "it's not gonna work" it's not compatible" over n over again. When she wasn't even the one helping us!!! She was very negative!!!!!! Negative negative. The girl that was helping us tried her best to get it to work. She tried everything but I can tell she was new while Alicia on the other hand you can tell she had more experience than her since the girl helping us kept asking her for help. But she was very rude! Didn't even bother to help us and guess what ?!!! We went to another cricket store on Irvington and the phone was completely compatible with an ESIM. Which Alicia said was not possible. She said galaxy phones always have problems and that they don't work with sims. The man that helped out my boyfriend at the Irvington location was awesome! His name was Oscar. We were in and out in 10 mins. While we took 40 mins in this location on grant just to hear the phone isn't compatible! Very upsetting cricket. Do better with your workers. Get them more training. And thank you Oscar for working hard and taking care of your customers! Without an attitude.
