  My boyfriend took in a galaxy phone he just purchased and he wanted to add an old phone number to that new phone. Alicia, I think her name was, was very rude. Simply unhelpful. Was on her phone the entire time and kept saying comments like "it's not gonna work" it's not compatible" over n over again. When she wasn't even the one helping us!!! She was very negative!!!!!! Negative negative. The girl that was helping us tried her best to get it to work. She tried everything but I can tell she was new while Alicia on the other hand you can tell she had more experience than her since the girl helping us kept asking her for help. But she was very rude! Didn't even bother to help us and guess what ?!!! We went to another cricket store on Irvington and the phone was completely compatible with an ESIM. Which Alicia said was not possible. She said galaxy phones always have problems and that they don't work with sims. The man that helped out my boyfriend at the Irvington location was awesome! His name was Oscar. We were in and out in 10 mins. While we took 40 mins in this location on grant just to hear the phone isn't compatible! Very upsetting cricket. Do better with your workers. Get them more training. And thank you Oscar for working hard and taking care of your customers! Without an attitude.

  omar is a great kind man who saved me from having to spend 1000.00 he can fix it . Thank you ill see u in September to grab my watch and have u set it up for me again thank u sweetheart. Oh I got 3 pairs of glasses today.

  I have been a loyal Cricket customer for over twenty years. I have always experienced outstanding customer service until today. Omar, the manager, was so incredibly condisending, rude and arrogant that had I not had good experiences in the past, I would have immediately cancelled my service. I felt very disrespected by him. He was petty and shaming. I recently purchased a new phone at this office and had them add a screen protector. As an elder, I didn't realize that the protector should cover the entire screen. It wasn't until a couple days ago that my son told me that the one they put on my phone was too small. I finally had time to go back to the store to request that they put one on that actually fit. Omar repeatedly told me that had he been the customer, that he wouldn't have even walked out of the store without dealing with that. Had I known about protectors I would have. I repeatedly told him that as an elder, I didn't know. He did call another store to see if they had a protector that would fit my phone. He did send me over there and I will get back to that later. When I initially bought the phone, the young lady suggested that I upgrade my service. I ran short of time and was unable to install everything. She told me that I could come back and she would help me to do that. Today, when I asked Omar, having already told him that I have absolutely no knowledge about such things, he simply offered a paper and told me to do it myself. Later, he did finally offer but after how he had already treated me, I just wanted to get out of there asap. I went to the other store to get a new screen protector. The one that is specifically made to fit my phone didn't cover it either. So now I am still stuck with a phone protector that doesn't protect my phone. Not a happy camper. Considering transfering to another company at this point.
