In July I added a line to y account and the young lady made an error to which I had to pay an extra $100 for my phone bill. (She failed to mention there is a 5 one limit.) I had to go back and make another account under another name. This week I went in to purchase a phone and the girls had trouble setting up the phone and referred me to the Broadway location. When I got there they had no idea why I was sent and was told they couldn't help since I did not purchase there. I had to go back. Needless to say I do not recommend this location. There is evidently a lack of experience, knowledge and customer service skills.
