Told the guy I had reset it and had to redownload a few things again and reset diagnostics. I Suggested maybe a new Sim card he said no.he told me he reset the phone. I know he didn't because I would have had to reinstall the theme. Waste of time to go to this store they did nothing. I left and went to 4188 e 22nd cricket and they were amazing. my Sim card was old and replaced for 10$..no issues since
