- DADairen ArvizuFeb 14, 20261.0I went into this location today to cancel a line that I no longer use since I don’t even have the phone anymore. As soon as I walked in, the employee asked me from her desk what I needed. I explained that I wanted to cancel a line that’s currently on auto pay. She immediately told me to call 611. I told her I couldn’t because I no longer have the Cricket phone. She then told me to call the 1-800 Cricket number. I never even made it to the desk. She never pulled up my account or attempted to help in-store. When I called customer service, they couldn’t assist me because I didn’t remember my PIN, and they were sending the reset PIN to a phone number I no longer have access to. I ended up having to drive to a different Cricket location, where they helped me in less than 3 minutes. What took them 3 minutes took over 2 hours of my time because this location simply didn’t want to help from the start. Very disappointing experience I won’t be returning to this store again.
