Came 2 weeks ago and everyone were just giggling in the office,I needed help with my phone being broken and they sent me to a location to get it done, the guy only gave me a post-it note and sent me to a location that was shut down. When I called to see what's wrong he was still no help. Went to the Tucson mall location and they were amazing. Came back to esim my new phone and told me the main person had to activate it? Made no sense if my name is on there as well and I know my pin. Not a good location to come too. The other man that would work here awhile ago was super helpful now it's not very helpful at all.

- MAMC AveryAug 24, 20255.0I wanted to convey my immense thanks to Jasmine and Arturo at the Cricket store on 6536 E. 22nd Street. Jasmine is very energetic and helped me out a lot when my phone got wet. I had a spare phone and she was able to help me transfer my contacts to the spare phone and also referred me to Ubroke-Ifix to take my other phone to retrieve my other contacts from the wet phone. Arturo was also able to help me out as well. I highly recommend both of them when you need any kind of assistance.
