Nothing but terrible service, continued problems after going in and repeatedly trying to get my account fixed after it was messed with to the point that it is ridiculous. Consistently having money taken from my account, service getting disconnected, the guy not knowing what the heck he is doing, girl with the red car is kind of rude. Don't know when this location dropped in knowledge and customer service. Never going to this location again what a headache and hassle. Get people who want to be there for their job not ones that constantly eye roll, act like they dont want to be there, and make it seem like people needing service is a pain in their butt when its their job.

I went in last night to add a line and the person did not know how to help any customer. He was in with a short girl, she was not nice from the start and then proceeded to leave which was nice. She doesnt ask questions only right away tells you that you cant do things to your account and I have heard others say she always starts in this manner with people. The guy who helped me had to video call someone else (the guy in person was very nice, unfortunetly something was off) he definitely seemed bothered to be working there and while on the phone with who ever else had been helping. But in the end my service got cut off, my plan was changed, normally I never say my PIN out loud so that made me feel uncomfortable, he kept writing things down when generally its all done on the computer, then I was forced to pay more to even get into contact with customer support and Ive had nothing but problems within the same 24 hours of only adding a line and being helped by this untrained unprofessional person and lastly the guy seemed visibly distressed about me paying my bill on my phone instead of handing my card to him as well so this made things uncomfortable and my partner saw the reaction, this store use to be a lot better. They need to have trained staff with untrained staff or dont have them in at all, not untrained staff alone creating issues. This caused more problems for no reason and its messed up no one explains information but instead shuts service off after payment. Will not come back to this location, Tucson Mall has one from what I see near by and other people have reported going there instead, after looking into reviews and hearing things around the problem locations plaza. Its now 4 days after and im still having problems this person needs to be fired. I am beyond angry and upset. Such a terrible location and support cant even figure out what this person did dont go here unless you want to be tripple charged for your bills. One of the most terrible locations that has ever been around at this point.
