- MMMKOct 20, 20253.0We experienced outstanding customer service during our visit. Unfortunately we dropped cricket like a hot rock and went with another cell provider. Our decision had little to do with this store, we just felt we needed new phones and cricket didn't offer any incentive to stay. Apparently customer loyalty and longevity are meaningless to cricket.
