Latif, a Geek Squad member, helped me early, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and expert at his job. He fixed the WiFi connection issue with my laptop and got my overdue updates sorted out on my ancient laptop. Very impressed with Latif and Geek Squad at the Broadway Blvd store in Tucson, AZ. I’ll definitely be back if I have another technical issue and go back to buy more hardware.

- TCTito CarrilloDec 27, 20251.0On 12 26 2025 l went to try to buy a TV wire at the Broadway bestbuy store and no success getting on because no one wanted to help me get one, l stood at the computer department for about 55 minutes and 2 employees totally ignored me and l had no choice to leave the store and drive to the other location on wetmore and 1st Ave where l was welcomed by a young lady that was very professional and helped me immediately and give me what l needed in 10 minutes and l do appreciate her, l will never go back to the Broadway bestbuy store again, the employees there need more customers care training because at this point it is a total failure when helping customers at that store.

It’s confusing, delayed, and feels disconnected from what’s actually happening in the store. That said, the people who work at this location are absolutely amazing. Every associate I interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of their way to help fix issues that weren’t their fault. They were professional, friendly, and clearly care about their customers. Corporate systems may be failing, but this store’s employees are the reason I’d come back. Huge credit to the in-store team for holding it together despite a broken online process.
