  The so-called “appointment” that I called in and made did not pay off at all. At 20 and 40 minutes past my appointment time, there were (still) two people ahead of me, and it was plausible that some of these were ‘walk-ins’ from before we arrived. We arrived on time for our 12:45pm appointment on a Saturday. It was very busy, but we had planned ahead and made the—wait for it…appointment. The wait time would have been longer, but we got lucky. An employee randomly asked if he could help as he’d seen us standing for quite sometime waiting on our failed appointment. He addressed our issue without a hitch, and 10-minutes later were out the door. ‘Matthew’ gets 5-stars, and saved this store from getting 1-star. The balance? A clean, average and equitable 3-star rating for the La Encantada Apple store. There are no chairs, even for those who made appointments that this store failed to fulfill. I have a condition, so standing in place for a while is hard. That’s probably a business decision, so people will roam and interface with products. It’s actually a poor business decision, bit that seems to be in-line with their ability to fulfill a—yeah, you got it. Appointment.

  Iive been to this Apple Store 5 times in the last 2 weeks . 40 minute driven from my house & that’s one way ! Anyways I needed a new phone through my Apple care … I thought everything was fine til yesterday when I went to pick up my new phone.. I check in wait another 30 mins for someone to help me. ( I seen everyone who came in after me get help before me ). Finally someone comes to help me .i pay for the phone .. then she tells me im really sorry to tell you this but your iCloud isn’t backed up & we are bout to close you’re not going to be able to take your homie home tonight … apparently, when the employee ordered my new phone. He forgot to tell me that I needed my iPhone backed up connected to iCloud basically. Remind you, I get there at 6:30. I do not get helped until seven when they’re closing. They tell me that it takes an hour and a half to transfer the phone without iCloud. And there are unable to do it because they’re officially closed. Why didn’t an employee told me one of the five times that I drove up to the Apple Store saying that I need to back up my phone?… On top of that they wanted me to pay for more iCloud storage highly would not recommend

  I have visited this store three separate times, and on all three occasions I experienced extremely long wait times. For a company valued at over $4 trillion, it is difficult to understand how wait times are not better estimated and managed. It is also very apparent that sales are being prioritized, while customers who need technical assistance are left waiting indefinitely. This creates a frustrating experience for customers who come in with device issues and expect timely support. I strongly encourage the company to improve scheduling, hire more technicians, and manage customer flow more effectively to better serve all customers.

  Nice store, but be prepared for it to be busy no matter what time of day you go, especially because it’s the only Apple Store in the entire city. The employees are very hit and miss here, but thankfully, the lady who helped me pick up my online order was very friendly and attentive. They have a nice selection of phones and accessories, as well other Apple products. They also have plenty of products on display for you to get your hands on to test out before you purchase. The store is also very clean and spacious.

  They insist you make an appointment, we did. Show up only for them to tell you there’s not enough time to fix our problem, come back anytime tomorrow and we will get it taken care of. Return only for them to say the same thing, with a bunch of sorrys. Two days into this now, we’ve wasted 6 hours of our time just trying to fix our phones and purchase new ones. They can do better- we’re now having to return tomorrow for a 3rd day to hopefully get what we need done. This is a similar experience we had 2 years ago as well when we purchased these phones. If you like to be inconvenienced come to Apple
