    Matt is actually the goat. I walked into the Apple Store and they told me it was going to be like an hour to an hour and a half wait, so I was mentally preparing to just sit there forever. But Matt overheard what was going on with my phone and literally came and grabbed me right away. He listened, understood the problem immediately, and got my claim handled super quick. No dragging it out, no confusion just straight to the point and handled. I was in and out way faster than I expected. He made what could have been a long annoying situation smooth and easy. Shoutout to Matt.

    How in the hell is it that you can call the number and they refuse to talk to a person at the actual store. What even is the purpose of having a phone number for the store at that point.

    I had one of the most refreshing customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time, and it was all because of Garreth at Apple. From the moment I walked in, he immediately wanted to help. Not in a transactional way — but in a genuine, human way. He treated me like a person, not a ticket number. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made it clear that he was invested in actually solving the issue, not just moving on to the next customer. What stood out most was his integrity and persistence. Over the course of two days, Garreth exhausted every possible option to resolve an internal issue that ultimately came down to trust — trust in me as a customer. That kind of trust feels rare today. In a world where policies often feel rigid and impersonal, Garreth led with empathy, patience, and professionalism. It was truly a breath of light in what could have been a frustrating situation. Customer service like that simply doesn’t exist in many places anymore — and when you experience it, you feel it. It makes a difference. Apple is fortunate to have someone like Garreth representing their brand. His dedication and humanity did not go unnoticed, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care he showed.

    Tristan was amazing to work with at the Genius Lab! So patient, intelligent and able to as I like to say "blonde it down for me" (I am blonde I can say this!). He could have tried to up sale me and get me to spend more money, but he tried to help me with the cheapest most efficient option for me and my needs. For the background; I had a slow running mac book that had short battery life. I made an appointment through my app and was easy to make an appointment for the very next day at 1020. (There was availability for same day, but I was not able to. ) The hardest part of the appointment was finding where to check in as there isn't an obvious desk when you first walk nor a person to greet you. We did spot the genius lab in the back right side of the shop, so we walked back that way and then saw a lady a little bit before it the lab. She told us to go ahead and sit at the lab and someone would be with us shortly. Before we could even sit, Tristan was right there with us. He was NOT an idle man. I read some comments saying that people had to wait for their appointments or walk ins. When I tell you this man alone was working it to try to cut those wait times I mean it! And doing it in a way where I didn't feel neglected too! While he was assisting me, he would take pauses to bring in another person's issue. Like when a diagnostic was running on my computer, he had a ladies cellphone going and another persons computer and was helping answer questions on another cell phone. The place was super busy and it was only 1030 in the morning, but he was trying to get everyone seen as quickly as possible! So if anyone was waiting... it was NOT from the staff not giving it their best effort. I would tell everyone, be prepared. Bring another device, comfy shoes, and or plan on shopping or getting lunch at one of the many places nearby. To reset devices can take an hour at times, longer. I heard it stated multiple times. So I think this is more common than people realize. Thank you Tristan for your 5 star assistance! I hope you finally got your lunch! : )

    First off, a 5 star rating for Tray, who after 4 other 'experts' at Apple could not fix it. He was humble, listened well to the problem, and repaired it within 15 minutes! The two phone 'experts' are truly deplorable and insist they can fix anything over the phone and are extremely evasive and annoying when I plainly ask to make an appointment. They are useless in repairing over the phone. Went through the long waiting twice at the Apple store. The first two technicians were steeped with self confidence that they could fix my phone only for me to return home and have the phone continue to malfunction. I loathe the next time I will need help as the store really needs help in accommodating their customers in a timely manner. Hopefully Tray will still be employed when I do need further assistance.
