  I went in and was assisted immediately. Omar helped me get a good deal on my phone and I didn't have to ask. He did everything, quickly and sufficiently. I would recommend this cricket location.

  The store manager Omar was great !! He quickly removed all the malware and viruses on my phone then installed the apps I requested while showing me what apps NOT to install. If an app says "contains ads" then don't install it as the ads enable malware and viruses to piggyback on them and infect your phone. Then he showed me about going to Google (instead of Google play store) to access the mobile site I want (in this case Safeway). It worked like a champ. I now have ally apps back...safely and my phone works great !! He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and took all the time I needed. Great experience !!

  After adding cricket protect at the store on ajo and park, my phone service was suspended and they wanted a reconnect fee. I went to the cricket at alvernon and grant, showed the issue I was having, Manager Omar and Mitzy were able to see the timeline involved and with support down, they solved my issue. Thank you
