- NHNorma HernandezOct 28, 20251.0Really bad service I when there to active a phone on my account the lady there active my phone I ask her if I factory reset will still be active she say yes So I did factory reset then my phone wasn’t active I when back she told me she need it to charge me more money I contacted cricket and they told me the cost of the activation was 15 dollars the lady in the store charge me 28 so she over charge me and didn’t help me so don’t go to the store they are going to take away your money bad customer service they have
