I was able to upgrade and get a new phone with a sturdy case. The service here was outstanding and by far a better experience than the last location I visited. Very attentive and friendly employees!

She said in order to switch my eSIM that I needed a new phone even though my new one was purchased strait from Apple. Horrible service, she just wanted commission. I went to the other location where her manager worked and he got it done in under 5 minutes. Don’t go to this location, go to a different one!!
- FGFaith GradyMar 4, 20265.0Okay first of all I walked into the store needing a new phone, and Rose Marie was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in a long time and her customer service skills were amazing I had the most wonderful experience not only getting a new phone but just with her and Fabian as people my gosh they make this world a better place to be they were so very helpful so professional they handled everything for me I did not have to do a thing they were able to transfer my SIM card Rosemary honest to goodness I cannot thank you enough for your level of professionalism you're beautiful spirit this is why I continue to be a customer of cricket for as long as I have it's because of people like Rosemary and Fabian they should be recognized for their exemplary customer service skills I thank you so much cricket give them each a raise
