  The manager is so rude!! Has no manners at all and is not attentive to customer’s needs. Be aware of when purchasing accessories because they do not give refunds if they do not work! Bought an iPhone charger & it did not work & he even tried the charger & seen it did not work!

  The mgr. needs to learn Customer Service. After calling Cricket Customer Service, they told me to go back to the store & have him help me to clear it out. He had asked me to leave HIS store when I went earlier in the Morning, he came over after he heard me say it was 2 young ladies that were 17 yrs. old that helped me purchase the phone He tells me he only has 1 not 2 then asked me to leave HIS store without trying to help and refused to give me any info. on my account. I called & told him Customer Service said to go back and he should help me clear my phone. He said I'm not dealing with this and hung up on me then block my brothers phone. I went to another Store Thank you Empoyees at Cricket on 12th & Valencia. They fixed my phone & I didn't lose any info. Mr. wanna be mgr. just didn't either know how to fix it or is just Rude. I'll never go in there again.
