  MY wife and son went in this location to buy a iPhone, and this iPhone was defeated so we took the phone back and the told us they couldn't refund it because it was outside of the 7 days which was not mentioned to us in store. The people who work her look and so like they have no idea what there talking about... They pretty much told us we were SOL. Worst service ever and they close the store long before closing time a lot of the time. Don't go here

  I went to this location on 10/29/25 to pay my phone bill. When I arrived there was music playing very loud and i had to wait 2 min for someone to help me. I was the only customer in the store at the time. A gentleman and a lady who work there both came up to the counter. They proceeded helping me pay my phone bill while speaking Spanish and laughing the whole time and looking at me. I understand Spanish and did not like that they were talking about how I looked. This is not how you run a business and I will never be going back to your location on golflinks and kolb!

  I walk in originally fearing a bad experience. However, I left with my phone activated and working well. A small amount of patience does big things. Thank you very much PQH

  WALKED OUT. If there were negative stars... If that is customer service how are the doors still open? Went in to get my mother her very first smart phone. We were told that her phone number could not be kept. No explanation just that she would have to change numbers. Having just gone to the corporate store a few month's back and doing the same thing with my dad, I knew this to not be true. I was met with great attitude. Told that I had no idea what I was talking about. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!
