  Scheduled an appointment couple days ago came in at my scheduled time waited 45 minutes then asked the front door guy “hey, been here for 45 minutes how much longer will it be?” He stated “oh sorry about that, it’ll be maybe 10-15 minutes but you’re next”. I said “okay” sat back down. 10 minutes roll by, nothing, 15 minutes roll by again, still nothing. I came in for a simple battery change on my iPhone 12 and waited an hour with no one addressing me. Finally got fed up and went to a person who was standing in the corner and with a bit more firmness “hey I have been here now an hour, had an appointment at 10:35am and got here on time, I’ve seen people walk in and get helped then leave in 20 minutes tops. What’s up?” She then stated “oh my goodness I just got here so let me put you on high priority.” I said thank you but because I had been here already for 1 hour I thought it would be smart to ask how long will the battery change take? She said 2-4 hours. Brother man. I have been here for an hour and no one has come up and even addressed me. This is an Apple Store not a doctors office. Left immediately afterwards and called Ready Set Repair on Ina, had an appointment scheduled tomorrow to drop off my phone and was quoted less than hour. Yeah, they’re more expensive but at least I know I won’t be sitting on my behind twiddling my thumbs for over an hour just to be helped. Do better Apple.

  My 14 plus has been having issues with the camera for about a month. Two days ago it completely quit on me and after a lot of troubleshooting myself, Apple support helped me get an appointment set up here at the Apple Store. If you don’t have an appointment this place is very busy so you will be waiting a very long time. I was helped by Eric and he was very nice and got my phone back to the diagnostics team. I was able to pick it up after 2 hours and they didn’t even charge me. This is a known problem with some iPhone 14 Plus phones so as part of their quality control program, my camera fix was free. Cezar was also very helpful when I picked up my phone.

  Really nice store with extremely knowledgeable staff. Had wonderful assistance from Piper, Joshua and especially Trey. Really great service.

  One of the worst Apple stores I’ve been to across the states, when you enter the door you’re not treated as a guest, your given a number and made to wait while employees are sitting around. I came in for a visit to fix my issue and they ended up not even having the part to begin with after I waited a hour. I was then told to come back when they ordered it by Travis and I was okay with it discussing if I can take the battery When it arrives and replacing it myself if needed and was told yes. I come back a few days letter and the tech Trae tried to upsell me on things I didn’t even ask for refusing to fix my phone because of my phones state. If you can save yourself the trouble I would advise going to another Apple Store or authorized retailer.

  Great in store service after you wait 20 - 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment - major attitude when I called to find out about the status of a part that was ordered for my computer - just fyi there are other options for Certified Apple Repair in Tucson that are much better
