Didn't resolve my issue but I have to blame Verizon the company more for that than the manager's effort. The Hispanic dude with short hair was a jerk. Didn't want to help me or the dude he decided to help instead of getting a manager when I asked, what a joke. You do all of two things in that job but getting your boss to do your job for you is apparently also too hard for some people.
