They take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. It’s only been a few days but I can see my mom’s dog looking and feeling better. To be honest, I was reluctant to try this location because I expected the services to be very expensive. However when I called and spoke to one of the receptionists, she directed me to their website to fill out a short form to take advantage of their "first exam free" discount. She also booked Sis for the same day, just a few hours later. I'll spare the unfortunate details of the diagnosis and action we had to take, but I want to commend the entire staff on such a wonderful job they did taking care of us today. We were: *Reassured continuously *Thoroughly educated about her condition, plan of action, and all pricing options *Treated with such kindness and compassion *Fortunate enough to have them work with us on the final bill They really care about the pets here. I will never recommend any other vet to anyone else. This place is special. Lastly, a big THANK YOU to the doctor that helped us today for her delicate care in such a difficult situation. RIP Sis 🩷
