Best Buy is my go-to store for all things technical. Thanks to Israel for his excellent customer service. Even though it was busy, he took time responding to my questions about an iPad and showed me some accessibility options for setting it up for my sister who has some physical limitations. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks, too, for Jason's support and humor!

Avoid Best Buy!! Very bad customer service. I ordered a TV for delivery and experienced repeated no-shows and broken promises. Their delivery guy and customer support don’t even speak English! After a “5-minute” arrival call, I waited 4 hours with no update. Customer service then promised delivery that day after speaking with the driver, I waited 2 more hours, and nothing. At the end they told me to wait six additional days. This was handled with zero urgency or courtesy, despite the store being close by. Extremely poor operations and customer service.

Not interested in restocking my screen protector which has a lifetime warranty. They never told me that as time goes on it's not a very long life for all of us. Just gave me a list of stores I could go to that are out of my way. Sorry customer service I originally responded to the wrong location in Surprise Arizona I'll be sure to delete that review.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Tempe Best Buy.
The employee at the counter called me a thief — yes, a thief, even though one of their own staff handed me the product just moments earlier from the glass storage. This was not just a misunderstanding, it was racial discrimination, plain and simple. I paid and bought the product.
The way he spoke to me was completely different from how he treated the white couple in front of me. The contrast was shocking. I’ve never been so humiliated in a store before.
Do better, Best Buy. Train your staff to recognize their biases instead of insulting and profiling customers based on how they look.

I recently purchased an Apple Macbook Pro from this location. I went with the open box option, the open box was claimed to be in "Excellent Condition" and "inspected by BestBuy", upon pick up it looked as described, the outside looked brand new. When I went to power it on there was no response, I put it to charge with it's original charger and it still did not power on. I tried different chargers that I can confirm work but the MacBook still did not work, I let it charge for hours and nothing. I am very upset as this is an inconvenience and would expect it to have actually been inspected by BestBuy to assure it was working properly. This has me questioning how thorough the inspection process really is.
