Gentleman at the door was helpful, and so was the girl at the counter, but when she directed me around the horseshoe after I purchased a screen protector to have it applied, Eddie with Geek Squad harassed me about the receipt even though she went to get him immediately after selling it to me. He then criticized my choice in screen protector as it was inconvenient compared to a different brand to apply, saying “I guess I can do it for you” after I’d already paid for him to do it for me. Not a good look at all. Not to mention it was a 2 pack and he never gave me the other protector. Good luck with this guy.

Everything these boys did they did with patience, friendliness, and care. I really appreciate their attention to my JVC KW-M590BT setup.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is to get your attention. I had an awful experience here last week with the manager and customer service. They are inconsiderate, extremely unprofessional and dismissive people. Zero thought process despite the cost of the defective item I was looking to return. They told me I caused the damage, so I told the team to prove it and they denied. I purchased the item only 1 week prior and the closest Best Buy to me is 2.5 hours away. I will not mention the cost but needless to say, if you were in my position you would be extremely angry too. No doubt about it. In fact this experience was so tragic I will not purchase from any Best Buy ever again just because of this Tempe, AZ Rio Salado location.

During Black Friday, I purchased a TV. However, the courier showed that it had been delivered, but I didn't receive it! I waited for two days but still didn't receive it! I called the Best Buy customer service, and they told me they would help me check and asked me to wait for 24-48 hours! Then I waited for several days and called again, but they still told me to wait for 24-48 hours! But every time they kept repeating that they couldn't help me solve the problem! Then I found the manager! The manager said they would definitely help me review! But it still required 24-48 hours! Today, I called the Best Buy customer service again, but this time they actually told me that because the courier showed that it had been delivered, they couldn't help me with anything! Because it was shown as delivered! From December 3rd to today, they even shifted the responsibility to the customer! The customer service actually thought that I had received it, but I still wanted a refund! After all, it showed that I had signed for it! I wanted to know the tracking number, but there was none! No photos either! Who would believe that it was delivered? I also bought headphones that day, and the headphones had a tracking number! The TV not only didn't have one, but it also showed as delivered?
I can't believe it. I've been buying things at Best Buy for so many years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a problem! Best Buy actually wants to keep shirking responsibility and not solve it! And they even shift the blame onto the customers! Is this the standard of customer service for big companies?? I will never buy anything from here again! Because even if you purchase products here, they won't show the delivery status! Then you have to keep calling, and the customer service will think it's your own problem! They won't help you solve any problems! They will only want to collect the money and return their goods!
I never expected such a large company as Best Buy to shirk its responsibility! I suspect that my package was stolen by Best Buy's delivery staff, but Best Buy is unwilling to assist me in resolving the issue!

The heck is wrong with this BestBuY?!?
I went in knowing what to buy. Talked to a rep and I saw her go through the items. I waited for her to find the item. 29 minutes later she come back saying they don't have even though the app shows that they have it.
I went to the same area where she was looking for the item. Lo and Behold! I found it. It was not hidden or tucked in somewhere you can't find it. She was on the phone throughout the time she was looking for the item.
Went to check out and it's taking forever to just do a single pricematch! Iam standing in front of the desk and the lady in front of me twiddling her thumb.
They checked my phone twice for the price match. Dropped my phone once.
Then when checking out she dropped the game Iam buying to the floor.
This probably the most non cohesive BESTBUY I have ever been to and go buy alto of stuff from me.
The quick 5-10 visit became 45 minutes of stupidly waiting. If amazon figure they one day services, I will stop bringing my business here.
If u want better bestbuy experience go somewhere else.
