  Great store, all the latest equipment, and outstanding service. Mia, the young lady who helped us, was amazing. Very friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. She helped us find exactly the plans my wife and I needed, got our new phones all set up, and took the time to explain some of the new features and what we needed to do ourselves to re-activate some of the apps and features transferred from our old phones (this was a big help! my last carrier basically handed me my phone and I was on my own for days trying to get everything configured). I would definitely recommend this Verizon store, and suggest you look for Mia when you get there !

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a phone was told a 2 week wait which is fine got called to pick up the phone and they ordered the wrong color and 256g whim it was supposed to be 2 tb. When questioned was told they didn’t do anything wrong and I’d just have to wait again. Screw this place. Once again terrible customer service.

  When we had some confusion on our phone bill after upgrading two of the three lines on our account to new phones… We went in to get help figuring it out. Stephanie was amazing! Not only was she able to help us break down the bill, she helped us apply appropriate discounts that we had before that had not been added to the up grade and proceeded to help me with my new phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Before we left, she mentioned that they had an additional special going on if we wanted to add a fourth line… This ended up being a godsend for us. We were able to get this new phone and bless our daughter… When I took her the phone, we called Stephanie and she helped us get everything fixed and working perfectly! We would highly recommend that you go into the Verizon store at 16487 West Bell Rd. In Surprise Arizona… Make sure to ask for Stephanie!
