It's a known issue with Google (apparently from Reddit threads) so I really didn't have much hope. I got there when they opened and Nate greeted me. We sat down at his desk and he began looking at my phone. Now, I will admit I thought yikes, he is an iPhone user, but he sure knew Google too! Nate was amazing. Not only did he fix the text messaging issue but he also saved us over $100/month on our cell phone plan. Verizon - DO NOT take Nate away! He is priceless. Thank you Nate.
