I just want to shout out Matt, a manager at Verizon. He was the first person the manager called from AT&T after transferring lines to them. I’ve been dealing with so much unnecessary, crazy stuff from Verizon (not getting my bill which was needed). Something so simple. I got a possible answer from him on what to do and I’m thankful and hope it all works out with what he’s saying. Thank you Matt! And thank you to your friend at AT&T, Warren. Absolute asinine of a location. If you are smart, you would read these reviews and not go to this location.
I went ahead and purchased a galaxy phone on September 3 and opened up a Verizon credit card so I could get the best deals and the cheapest price. Two weeks later I decided wasn’t for me and I switched back to my old phone. I knew I would still have some money due because I paid my phone off early however I should’ve still received $1400 for the return of my galaxy to my Verizon credit card. When I stopped in to return the phone I waited 30 minutes without being greeted or helped even though the store was completely dead. Trinity the worker was assisting me finally and was completely unsure how to process a return using a Verizon credit card, which is insane to me. She had to ask help numerous times from the four workers across the table sitting there playing on their phones not doing anything and whispering, so I couldn’t hear them. Supposedly the refund went through. I got my new phone and my receipt and everything was supposed to be OK I’d receive my payment within the next few business days.
Well, a month later and I still have not received my refund and no one knows where it went. Verizon credit stated they never received the return credit, Verizon support online states there was no refund ever processed by the store, and I just went to the store today and was assisted by Trinity again who said it should’ve went back to the original form of payment of course like it should, however, she could not provide me with a receipt that states it went to this card so I am missing $1400. No one knows where it magically went. It’s just up in the air.
The workers here are only willing to assist you when you’re purchasing something new because then they’re getting a cut of the money for their commissions. I would not recommend this location at all.

Frustrating Experience – Poor Communication and Inconvenient Process
My wife and I recently upgraded our iPhones through Verizon, and the entire process has been nothing but frustrating. The new phones weren’t in stock, and we were told that once we received them, we needed to bring our old phones back to the store to get our trade-in credits.
When my wife’s phone arrived first, we set it up and brought her old phone to the store—only to be told they couldn’t take it and that she needed to ship it in herself. They gave her a QR code, and we went to UPS to send it.
A week later, my phone arrived. I went back to the same store to do the same thing, but a different employee told me that the QR code my wife received was for both phones. Instead of giving me a new one, he printed a prepaid FedEx label and told me to send it that way. When I got to FedEx, they charged me $15 for a cell phone shipping box—something that should have been handled by Verizon from the start.
To make things worse, when I called Verizon customer service, the representative said that our account notes showed both old phones were supposed to be returned in-store, not shipped. She also confirmed that the store does have the ability to take phones in for trade-ins—meaning all the back-and-forth and shipping hassles could have been completely avoided.
We live 35 minutes away from the store, so making multiple trips and dealing with all this confusion was a huge inconvenience. The lack of clear communication between Verizon employees, stores, and customer service is unacceptable.
We definitely should have gone straight to the Apple Store instead. Lesson learned—next time, we will.

Very rude. This location seems to not have understanding in what customer service is. I walked in to get some help on adding military to my plan, since I can’t seem to add it online/through the app. When I walked in the lady says “what do you need?”. Not “Hi” or “good morning”. I was told by Verizon customer service to go into a Verizon location since I was having issues and they can add it there. When I tried to tell her that customer service told me to come into a store she wasn’t having it. The tone and attitude was not needed and is the reason for the review.
