Eric made the transfer over from T mobile very easy and straightforward, he was able to hook us up with a good deal and made sure all of our questions didn’t go unanswered, highly recommend Eric when you visit this location.

Walked in to get help with transferring service to our new phones as Verizon/Apple were not able to do it over the phone! I just want to say we first walked into the Verizon on Bell and Litchfield and were treated VERY RUDELY by Mitchell so we walked out and came here!! The customer service is 100% better!! We were greeted by Toby and then Matthew (short hair) helped us and he was so AWESOME!! His customer service and expertise were so appreciated!! Have referred a few friends here already!!

The lady (I didn't catch her name) present at this location on 01/06/26 around 1:30-2:00 PM was the only person on the floor, and she was helping a customer before us. A line of people ended up coming in behind us, too. Note: no other worker came out to help bring down the line during this time. I was in there trying to return my old phone, and my aunt had a question about a product for her separate plan. When waiting on the customer before us, the lady started asking everyone (beginning with us, as we were next in line) what we needed help with and she was prepared to check us in. She was helpful in the beginning about the memory card question I had. When it came to returning the old phone itself, I was told I wasn't allowed to return my old phone since my name wasn't on the plan. I've been on my father's Verizon plan for 16 years with no issues in returning an old phone, and without him needing to be there. After being told this, I curiously tried to explain how I've always been able to do so in the past hoping I would get a policy change explantion or some other reasonable explanation. All the lady could do, though, was to keep stating firmly with me about how they have never been allowed to do that - using the years she's worked with the company as a way to showcase her knowledge and completely dismissing what I've experienced. In my frustration, I realized that the issue wasn't going to be resolved, so I ended up letting it go and continued to wait in line for my aunt's turn. My aunt's turn didn't come, though, because the lady then proceeded to help the customer in line behind us. By then, I had enough, and we ended up leaving very unsatisfied.
Stay far away from this location - unless you are looking to waste your time and experience horrible customer service. Then by all means, this is the place for you! I have never had issues with Verizon until this particular location. Workers were rude, unprofessional, and incapable of doing a very simple task that is well within the means of their business.
This is a corporate store, meaning some services are only offered at this location. If you can, do what you need online or literally anywhere else. I am sure it will be less of a headache!
