AJ was very thorough and knowledgable about the product and the process. He explained the pros and cons of my options and took the time to fine tune what would be best for my situation. I’d gladly work with him again.

Stopped by this Verizon retailer to get a new phone. I knew I needed one but had no specific brand or model in mind and was hoping for recommendations. The store was nearly empty, yet there was no effort to ask about my needs, requirements, or preferences. The rep (AJ) immediately assumed I wanted the newest iPhone, a trade-in, and quoted a higher monthly cost without any discussion. Moving forward, none of the possible phone options were available for immediate pickup, and I wasn’t allowed to handle the display models due to store policy. I was essentially expected to purchase a phone I couldn’t see, touch, or confirm was right for me. Very disappointing customer service and lack of engagement. I took my business elsewhere, will not recommend this location for any future business.

I recently visited the Verizon store and had a great experience working with AJ. He took the time to help me review my bill and provided several quotes for new phones for my family. AJ was extremely honest, transparent, and thorough in explaining all of my options. He answered every question I had and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. His professionalism and customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend working with him.

AJ, the sales rep at this Verizon location, told me my plan and monthly cost would remain the same if I upgraded phones using a Verizon promotion. After the transaction, I contacted Verizon customer support and confirmed my bill would increase from $167 to $233 per month. I returned to the store to clarify and to ask about additional services that had been added to my plan. I called Verizon support from inside the store, and they directly disagreed with AJ’s explanation. Because the pricing was not what I was told, I returned the phones. I was then charged $180 in restocking fees that were never disclosed to me at any point. On top of this, I was required to reactivate my original phone and was left without cell service during the process. Had I not proactively contacted Verizon support, I would not have known about the increased monthly cost until after the 30 day return window closed. I also would not have known about the restocking fee, which I would never have agreed to if the pricing had been disclosed honestly from the start. Very misleading sales experience. Trust and transparency are critical when working with a local retail representative, and this experience significantly undermined my confidence in the brand as a whole. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for nine years, and this situation has made me seriously question whether I will continue doing business with Verizon going forward.
