The Boarding at VCA El Mirage offers luxury, state of the art facilities providing pampered boarding for your pets. Accommodations include large indoor runs, and non-slip flooring. Dogs are walked four times a day in our spacious landscaped enclosed yard. Cats are housed in a separate area, away from barking dogs, to reduce stress. Our cattery features spacious cat condos for relaxing, eating and play. We provide comfortable bedding, immaculate housekeeping and two meals daily. Our guests receive daily exercise, love, and attention. We accommodate visitors with medical needs.

We had to make the difficult decision to put her sleep, as her condition was terminal. The doctors and staff at VCA El Mirage made the whole process very comforting. Thank you for making a difficult time easier on me and my family. I appreciate all of you.
- MMMiaOct 1, 20251.0I’ve been going to this location for 9 years. Service is great, however, prices outrageous. I took my three pups in two weeks ago just for vaccines, $1500. They asked me to bring them back in two weeks for follow up vaccines and that cost me $600. In two weeks over $2,100 just for vaccinations. That is outrageous and absurd. That’s not ok especially being a customer for 9 years. There is an alarming rate of dogs being surrendered, and fees like this I can see why. Very unfortunate to nickel snd dime customers. A follow up in a series of vaccinations should not be $600. I hope VCA relooks at their fees. In the future I’ll go to AZ Humane who does vaccinations for $40. And no office fees.

I had a had gut feeling and finally went to a different clinic where they confirmed what VCA failed to. Now her severity has moved up and this all could have been prevented if they didn't only see their customers as dollar signs.
