I have brought my PC here 3 times now for either parts installation or diagnostics. This last time though I had a wonderful experience checking in my PC with Michael. He was not only knowledgeable but was just a delight to deal with. I also have to shout out Maximo, I received a call right at closing time letting me know my PC is ready, they could have called me tomorrow but took the extra time at the end of their day to at least let me know. I have to say this GS station has some AMAZING employees working for them and I only hope their bosses know it! I appreciate you guys!

Great business model, have everyone working there stand around talking for an hour but tell a kid who just wants his laptop looked at that “he needs to book an appointment”. Customer service is dead.

They won't come out to work on a laptop I was told and I am not able to get in. I'll never shop at Best Buy or call the Geek squad again.

I had Matt Starla come out and help me set up my iMac to new internet service and clean up my computer. He was great. Very knowledgeable and did not talk down to me as I am 75 yrs old and not very "techy" Then my son couldn't connect to the internet as the password had been changed and I called Matt and he was off duty but called us right back anyway. Thanks Matt for everything and I will keep your info as I will ask for you when I need help again
