This store never downstocks. Website/app will say item is in stock and the spot on the shelve will be empty. Getting someone to assist is always a hassle as well. Also items are regularly in the wrong spot. Very frustrating. Honestly, IF you plan to buy something from this location you are better off doing it online or via the app for pick-up.

I never post reviews, but I got to say that the Autotech installers at this location were amazing. Specifically one of the installers, Vernon, was really helpful in installing my new JVC head unit in my car. My car didn't have the OEM shell frame for the unit, but they still gave me the option to get it installed by modifying the shell. They really went above and beyond to get it installed and I really appreciate it. They could've turned me down, but they didn't fortunately. I really recommend these installers. They are passionate in what they do.

Went to buy a TV. Never approached by a sales person. Found what I wanted, checked stock with QR Code, it was in stock, and I then tried to find a way to purchase the TV. Found one worker in the center of the store and asked if he could bring the TV up for purchase. He said no, he doesn't do TVs. As he turned away I asked him to please call someone. He spoke into his device and I returned to TV area to wait. I waited 10 minutes and no one came. The store was fairly empty and numerous employees were free. I then left the store. I went home logged on to Amazon and found the same TV but last years model. I bought it for next day delivery and saved nearly 1,100 dollars. Retail is dead and stores like this one are the reason why.

Deb is an absolutely DISGUSTING and VILE person. Her attitude with customers makes me question Best Buy's integrity for customer service hiring someone like her. If you don't want to work somewhere and deal with helping others then CHANGE OCCUPATIONS! You need to retrain your employees because speaking to someone as if they are dumb is UNACCEPTABLE! People give big companies their hard earned money only to be treated poorly due to having someone like Deb bring them down. And people wonder why they rather deal with Amazon! Fix your face and stop belittling people! No one is forcing you to work at a job that you hate with and then treat people like trash!

update for Nov 16: After my CC company said they wouldn't let me dispute the charge because I sill had the TV, I called the Glendale store. I was transferred to a someone in the TV department. I don't know her title or role, but her name was Candace. After being explaining my story and being on hold several times, she finally came back and apologized on behalf of Best Buy. She got a truck to come and pick it up, and issued a full refund for the TV. I don't know why she was able to do this and no one else was, but I'm so grateful for her help in ending this nightmare. Update: Wanted to share there is still not response or accountability. We had to go out and buy the same TV somewhere else. We picked it up, in the same car, but this time we carried it out ourselves. Absolutely no issues. After turning on the TV, wanted to also share the picture of the screen. There is no way I could have done this just taking it out of the box, given the other TV was transported the same with ZERO flaws. Its totally unusable. They sold us garbage. Update: We didn't think we had to open the box in store to determine it was broken before we bought it. We reached out on social media and have heard no response for several days. So much for customer service. Would never recommend buying here. Horrible customer service. ZERO accountability. We bought a tv in the store- one of those that they have on the show floor with several other TVs all standing up together. The employee who rang us up told us we could get our car and he'd carry it out. Got it safely in the car (note that I did not watch the employee carry it out; met at the curb) and back home. Much to my surprise, the TV was cracked on the upper left corner when I finally unboxed it. I called the store and reported it and they said bring it back to return or exchange. The following weekend, we brought it back. The clerk took the TV and the receipt and walked away. He was gone so long I had to ask if i needed to wait or if we can look around. I was told to wait. After about 20 minutes we asked another employee at the welcome desk for help. She came back with the store manager. He proceeded to tell us, right in the middle of the story entry way, with lots of passing customers walking by, that they were not taking the tv back because it was broken. I said, I know, you sold it to me like that. We went around in circles and were basically told we could leave with our TV because they wouldn't help us. This was by far the worst I have ever been treated by a store employee. I didn't crack it, but now it's my problem. LG won't take it back because they said Best Buy would deal with it. We actually drove to another location and they said they didn't carry it out, so they can't take it back either. Even though they carried it out at the Surprise location, they still won't take it back. Now we are stuck with over a $300 purchase that no one will take and that would cost more to fix than it would to buy a new one. Totally ridiculous. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. I highly recommend NOT buying in store, and especially not buying from the Surprise location where they treat their customers very horribly.
