- AAAnnFeb 11, 20265.0My phone was stolen and I did not have my Apple ID password to get my information for my old phone on iCloud to my new phone. I went to two cricket stores with no help. I went to the store in Sun City on grand and George assisted me. He was amazing, he told me exactly what to do and he also downloaded everything from my iCloud once I had my password. I was very upset because I didn’t have my information on my phone, and he totally knew exactly what to do - I appreciate George so much. Great customer service and friendly personality as well.
