You never know what you’ll get but they were friendly, kind, attentive, provided detailed answers to my questions and I could tell they cared.
- KWKaren WilsonFeb 11, 20261.0They will charge you for boosters on vaccines. Not only for the shots, but ANOTHER DR. VISIT FEE. This was just for two vaccines $478.00 bill then 2 weeks later, a $200+ bill for the booster. My cat, meanwhile, is still throwing up. This is part of VCA, and they are a large corporation. Stay away.
- AUA Google UserFeb 4, 20264.0What wonderful people at VCA Apache. Extremely caring and empathetic. There was a clear emphasis on education and everyone was patient with my questions and learning. Unfortunately, the cost of care for my cat (~$7K - $9K) made it unfeasible for VCA Apache to save my cat's life do to a urinary blockage and I was left to find alternative options. Clearly, no person at this clinic is at fault for the cost. In fact, the staff did all they could to help reduce cost. However, it is clear that animal healthcare is a robustly exploitative system. A very sad thing for our pets, families, and community.

My elderly disabled aunt was a part of their kitten club for her kitten, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances was forced to surrender her cat. After they promised her only 2 additional payments for auto pay to get out of the contract, they continued auto drafting payments. They backtracked on their own wording, stating that she’s going to continue getting charged… Stay away!! They are not truthful!
