We had the worst experience ever while shopping at the Sierra Vista location. Two employees, Jared Hatfield and Derek Rickard, treated us very rudely and unprofessional. Even the manager, Reggie was extremely disrespectful. We came in to buy a TV and did not expect this at all. My husband and I have shopped at this location for many years spending lots of money in the process. However, we will never do busy at this here again. Sort of answers the question of why so many brick and mortar stores are closings. It’s people like these three.

They actually had employee's that were helping customers. I went in to buy a drone. The guy knew about it, even though he had never flown one. He helped as much as he could, and I walked out with a drone.

This store could care less about customer satisfaction. We bought a phone that was on sale online and asked that it be delivered to the Sierra Vista store. When we were finally given a delivery date, it was when we were going to be out of town. My husband stopped by the store and asked if they would keep the phone until our return. He was told no problem. They would keep it for a month. Five days after the delivery date, he was notified that his order had been cancelled and his money refunded. He stopped at the store upon his return and asked if they would honor the sale price because he wanted to rebuy it and explained what had happened. The manager shrugged it off and just said no. They lost two customers for life over $50.

I have worked in sales for over 8 years. This is by far the worse store I have seen in the last 3 years. In sales,it is part of your job to know your inventory. This includes any promotions, deals and the current trend. I came in as a customer today with my grandfather, who is a technical engineer, to help shop for a laptop. As I walked in, I was greeted by a male employee who was "grazing"(eating while on the floor). He asked us if we needed help, we kindly informed him no. After finding the laptop I wanted, I went to the customer checkout. As the laptop only had a 1/2 terrorbit, I wanted to know if we could replace the terrorbit with a full one(very easy). I was informed they could sell me the laptop and purchase the part and they could put it in for me. I found this funny. Either way, I asked the employee, who then enlisted the help of another employee, who was checking me out about the credit, financing options about the annual fee, and ended their mess of a speech with "its all explained in the brochure". This annoyed me. If you cant tell me about your credit card, how can you expect to upsell your product. As I was applying for the card, the gentleman, never having signed someone up before, had to ask for help on how to apply. I was told I would be given the option of a gold card(if approved) which had a annual fee or the Basic card. I wanted the basic card but was told I could not have the option even though I was approved for the gold card. Um what? I was so annoyed by the bulls hit the employees were feeding me and the obvious misinformation that Id decided to go to Walmart and spend $800 instead of buying their laptop which was quoted at $499. In summary: if you like being lied to,misinformed, incompetent employees this is the place to shop.
