He patiently, kindly, readily dove in and corrected billing errors. He is professional, competent and was more than willing and eager to take on the task of satisfying a customer. He is a lovely gentleman and I would have him in a heartbeat work for my company. Because of his efforts to correct and satisfy me, I have switched my internet service and phone service to Verizon. I highly recommend anyone entertaining the thought of switching services to speak with Paul. Verizon - please make sure Paul is recognized for his outstanding customer service.

My devices, however have not been set up correctly as I’ve came into the store before and tried to set up my watch/ipad and one of the other representatives who is there was very rude and short with his personality. He retreated to the break room when I needed help. Not nice. He claimed that getting my technology set up was a tech-support and cellular issue. None of my devices except my iPhone that I have are connected to cellular yet when I have a line paid for. It seems as if verizon cannot help me connect a cellular device. I would love for this to all be set up and I’ve talked to tech-support, but they could not help me set this up. I also really do not want to have to go to the store again as I do not live in Scottsdale. All I want is for my Internet to work properly and my devices to be connected to cellular that is paid for. Please help.😊 Also, I noticed the responses to the negative reviews are clearly done with AI. They just want you to reach out to tech-support online. It seems which is the problem to start with. Tech support can’t solve my issue. I would appreciate it if someone responded to my review, actually giving me a contact of someone who can help me who is a real person and not an AI bot. Thank you!
