I know you didn't have to step in since you're not my assigned Verizon representative, but I truly appreciated you going the extra mile to resolve my issue. I was having billing problems with the new phones I purchased in December and Daniel took the initiative to get on the phone with Verizon, clearly explain the situation, and make sure all my questions and issues were answered and resolved. I've been extremely pleased with the service I've received from both Chris who I purchased my phones from and Daniel who helped me last night at this Verizon store. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service has not gone unnoticed. Thank you both for your exceptional support.
