  Traded in my cell for a new one. Durrell Favor was the most helpful & personable. Offered suggestions on accessories but appreciated the non-hard sell. Ended up getting the accessory bundle, which he greatly helped install both the screen protector & case. I could have easily done myself, of course, but the great care of not just that, but making sure all from my old to new was transferred. Walked me through new options I was looking to add on to my existing account, as well as answered all of my questions. Definitely a great asset to the Verizon team. The interaction he had w/ his co-workers, for the hours I found myself there, was professionally yet an obvious great camaraderie. I hope to return to this particular location, should I find myself needing any assistance. I appreciate the fantastic customer service!

  TJ went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. He made the whole process quick and stress-free, and I left feeling confident about my plan and devices. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way TJ does. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit Verizon — you won’t be disappointed!

  Had the best experience here after my phone malfunctioned on a trip. Ramon helped me find a phone that fit what I needed, and tailored the plan to me. It is rare to find someone who isn't just following the script they were handed and trying to sell you the most expensive phone. Much appreciated!

Michael is professional, helpful and knowledgeable, able to leverage everything Verizon offers in terms of products, services and solutions. He quickly helps me with what I needed. Great service!!   The associate named Michael L. provided me with outstanding service. I had multiple issues, many questions, and I am admittedly not the easiest customer to deal with, given my need for absolute clarification and understanding. Michael patiently and knowledgeably helped me find a solution to each issue. I would highly recommend asking for this man by name. I received a superior level of service that is highly uncommon nowadays. Superb device; greatly appreciated Manager Thomas was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
