  I worked with Cody on Tuesday - pure delight. Helpful, patient, and walked us through every step. He actually changed my mind about the quality of customer service at Verizon. Talk to Cody if you go to this location! I needed to clear some of my memory and come back for final apps transfer. Returned on Thursday and got TJ who was awful. Started off with: what do you need? Like we were bothering him. Short, curt, rude. Spoke in half sentences and didn't fully explain anything. Treated me like I was dumb. And wanted to charge me again for a $40 transfer fee when we literally spent thousands there on Tuesday. He needs to be retrained on customer service. He is exactly why people hate going to the Verizon store!

  We had such a great experience working with TJ while purchasing two new iPhones for my mother and my son. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. TJ took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure each of us felt comfortable and confident with our purchases. His calm demeanor and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and personable at the same time—TJ truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you need assistance!

  Beware that this is not a Verizon store. This is an authorized dealer. I say that because there is nothing on the signage that indicates this so it’s confusing and misleading. I went in to trade my phones in for a deal that Verizon was offering at the time and I was supposed to get free new phones if I signed a 3 year contract per phone line. This was in August and it is now December. I was in shock when I received my first new bill. It was over $500 when my previous bills were $280. I have gone back into the store twice, spending hours while they say they are going to fix it only to get my bill the next month and it’s still over $500. I’ve called Verizon multiple times to fix it and I get transferred about 5 times every time and when I finally get transferred to the right person that says they are going to fix it, I wind up getting billed over $500 again. I’m so frustrated and I feel like I’ve done everything I can to get this resolved and it continues to happen. My point in writing this review is to let other people know to stay far away from this scam of a store. They lie, give you the runaround, deny that they said things after the fact. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. Stay far away from this place.
