    I went in to the store to switch from another carrier. It was a long process due to the former carrier making it excessively tough to leave them. Thank you to Angel and Vincent for hanging in there until they completed the transfer. They were kind, positive and made a challenging situation the best it could be! They were just good problem solvers that you want to hang out with.

    Angel and Nate are quite the dynamic duo when it comes to the cellular mastery. I set for quite a while due to a lot of other customers needing help. But in my humble opinion both of them were respectful had a sense of humor and demonstrated amazing customer service to a wide variety of generationally and technologically challenged people like myself. 100% best store ever. Except for Black Canyon. That's where the geniusi be generated.

    Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Sam. He listened to what I wanted and made my iphone 17pro seamless. Great customer service, went above and beyond helping me. Highly recommend asking for him specifically.
