Very unhelpful. rigid thinking. The telephonic customer service people preferred that i go to this location as it was an authorized Verizon store even though they knew I bought it from an Authorized Verizon Reseller. The human I visited with would NOT agree with the telephonic Verizon CSR. Perhaps the human in the store was a robot using AI?? Such rigid thinking! Very disappointed!

First response from in-store reps is "use the app". I tried, and app doesn't have the info i need. In-store staff showed no interest in helping or listening at all.

Verizon sent me the wrong person's phone and I couldn't get it swapped easily. I got "Terry from Wisconsin's" phone then they tried calling them at 4152. Kailee initially said I could swap it easily but then couldn't.
I'm still waiting for my new phone and can't use the one they sent me.

These people lied to me twice and then they tried to send me $193 bill for two days of service. They sent a guy in to help set up my router which took three to do and never worked and he was late and then he moved my router from my window to the middle of my room, and I had a throw rug nailed down because I have four cats, and he disregarded all that and tried to tuck the wires underneath the router and so this will make it work so I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them they lie and now they’re sending me like $225 worth of bills, which will be a cold day in hell before They get paid so they might as well do whatever they think they’re going to do because I am gonna send a copy of this to the president and try to give the manager to lose his job they are so lame and they lied to me several times and I resent it

Alex was fantastic. I came into the store and my phone was totally messed up and so was I. Alex was very professional , informative. He went through the issues snd thoroughly explained everything to me. His knowledge cured the many problems that I had created
It was a wonderful experience working with Alex. Promote this young man. !!!!
