I never write reviews but this definitely deserve a 0 star review. I get off of work at 6:30 and race to get into the store before 7pm since the store closes at 7pm. Yesterday I get there at 6:59 and and running out of my car and the employee locks the door and says they are closed. Today I get there at 6:52pm, I walk in the store and say that I need a new phone. * The store employee tells me that they can't sell me a phone because they are closing soon. He says that they can't sell new service or upgrades after 6:30pm which I know it is BS because I bought multiple phones a couple months ago at another store and they helped me out even though the store was going to close 15 minutes later. So I tell him, so you cannot help me even thought you are still open? And he say no. I told him I would be reaching out to corporate. So I will be reaching out to the Regional Manager @Jeff Nordin I have a business account with numerous phones. My phone does not work anymore and needed a new one urgently. Clearly employees there either DO NOT CARE. At this point I will take my business account with another provider. Not sure if this is store is an authorized dealer or an actual verizon store. Why have business hours if you are not going to provide service to the customers that are paying for your salary.

Christine is a legend! She hooked me up with an insane deal on a cracked, unusable phone that she transformed into a business beast with vibe-coding features for seamless scaling. Most folks don’t know about their new structure—privately owned Wireless Zone vibe that crushes corporate chains. Awareness alert: If you’re a phone, tablet, or wearable warrior ready to scale society, flood Christine with business now! Epic service, game-changer. 📲🏆

I had an amazing experience working with Mattie at the Verizon store. He is hands down one of the best sales reps I’ve ever worked with. He helped me set up a new phone and made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. What really stood out was his customer service — when I had a small issue about a week later and stopped back in, Mattie immediately recognized me and helped fix everything right away. He is the epitome of genuine care and professionalism. Verizon should absolutely model their customer service training after employees like Mattie. He’s knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re visiting this location!

Prior to posting this review, I read multiple other reviews. Clearly customer service is an issue at this location. I stopped in to get a phone reactivated after having a warranty repair at Apple. The reps were unwelcoming and dismissive. I have my fair share of sales experience - Yes you want to sell, but if you provide excellent customer service, those same people will want to come back and work with you when it’s time to get new devices. Owner- do better, provide your management team with the skills and resources to turn this store around.

Verizon is a rogue utility that engages in bait and switch for services they promise but can’t deliver. Our business services were terrible - Verizon infrastructure appears deficient as evidenced by a recent outage where millions lost service Verizon blames on a “software issue” - so I went into the store to cancel my service and change providers. The rep told me it was “small business days” and he would give me a deal that he laid out in writing, promising they would do better. I agreed and moved lines and added services only to find out after THREE months of Verizon hell they could not provide the services for the promotions they offered and now hold us hostage in a contract. I escalated with an FCC complaint and their corporate office said they would honor the promotion, adjusted the bill accordingly and said it was resolved so they could claim to me and to the FCC it was resolved. Verizon lied to the FCC in its letter claiming the problem was with our text platform despite an email from a Verizon engineer acknowledging Verizon cannot provide the service. Verizon turned around on the next bill, apparently removed the promotions, increased the charges and now claim my account isn’t eligible for the promotions. When you call to try and resolve, no one understands English well enough to communicate and understand the issues, the store rep witnessed this several times and was also disconnected. If you ask for a supervisor they put you on hold forever and disconnect the call. They ID and flag your number and make it impossible to even speak to a human being so they can ignore you into submission. They threaten to disconnect services for nonpayment of their extorted charges and throttle your service to destroy your business unless you pay their ransom. The only way to communicate with a human being who understands and speaks English is to go sit in a store for an hour so a rep can make excuses for their cheating employer and say they can’t do anything. This company needs to be investigated for unethical business practices and a refusal to speak to customers to resolve issues they create. Buyer beware, Verizon is so much worse than Hotel California!
