For over 30 years, VCA McCormick Ranch Animal Hospital and Emergency Center has been taking care of pets as a full service vet clinic, providing both general and emergency services as well as grooming. - CLChristine LanunziataJan 2, 20265.0Dr Kendra Roberts is wonderful. I came here because VCA hospitals partner with the AZ Humane Society, where I recently adopted a kitten from. They provide a free wellness visit for newly adopted pets (within 30 days of adoption.) All around great experience. Office staff were pleasant and we were seen right away. Dr Roberts was kind and professional. She answered all my questions and spent a good while with us. Never felt rushed as I’ve experienced at other vets. I appreciated her honesty when asked what kind of dental care she suggested. She did not upsell expensive and instead advised to keep up with dental exams and recommended the plaque-off food additive that she uses for her own pet (which was very affordable at Chewy.) Although it’s a bit of a drive I’ll be using this vet again and again. Thanks!

The ladies at the front are always so sweet to her too. Everyone there is kind and attentive. Chloe has been seen there by a few of the vets and every time my questions and concerns have always been answered and Chloe has always been taken good care of. Appreciate everyone there and all you do!

They were extremely friendly and professional. The facility was also super clean so we felt comfortable in the waiting room.

- KKKathyNov 24, 20252.0At 4:30 in the morning, my dog was outside and had collapsed, screaming loudly and crying. In panic, I called this emergency clinic to make sure they were open and to determine a more precise location than just the address. The man answering the phone acted like I was ordering a takeout breakfast, not trying to help the screaming dog in the background. When I got there, it was even worse. Absolutely zero empathy for my situation. I couldn’t even go back with my dog because I had to fill out the paperwork first. Finally, I saw my dog and the vet while he put him down. He was a smidge more caring, but not much. Why do companies hire people who don’t have empathy. I will never go back here and if you do, I hope you don’t have the experience I had.
